1. Deep knowledge of Microsoft Server 2008 & Microsoft Exchange2010
2. Deep knowledge of VM Ware, Hyper V & Citrix Xen Server
3. Good knowledge of Symantec back up / similar technologies
4. Knowledge of networking (switching, routing, IP telephony etc)
5. At least 3-4 years of hands on experience
6. Excellent documentation & communication skills
6. MSCE, VM Ware Certifications, CCNA, CCNP etc
